These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") describe the basic rules for accessing and using Rendero.ai, including our website, application, AI rendering tools, and related services. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy. By using Rendero.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About Rendero

2. Accounts and access
You may need an account to use parts of the service. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
The service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or who use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Subscriptions, credits, and payments
Rendero may offer paid subscriptions, one-time credit packages, free credits, promotional credits, or other paid features. Subscription plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing period. Credit packages are consumed when rendering tasks, generations, edits, or other paid actions are submitted or completed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable and may be subject to expiration, usage limits, or plan-specific conditions. Promotional or free credits have no cash value and may be modified, revoked, or expire at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. If a payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to paid features. You can cancel a subscription according to the cancellation flow available in your account settings or by contacting us at info@rendero.ai.
4. User content
You may upload images, prompts, references, segmentation maps, project files, or other materials ("User Content"). You confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and upload that content. You remain responsible for your User Content and for making sure it does not violate any third-party rights, confidentiality duties, client agreements, or laws.
You grant Rendero a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, process, modify, display, and transmit User Content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service. You should not upload confidential or restricted client materials unless you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.
5. AI outputs and professional review
Rendero generates visual outputs using artificial intelligence and related image processing systems. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for a specific project without further review.
Rendero is a creative and visualization tool. It is not a substitute for architectural, engineering, structural, legal, safety, code compliance, permitting, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before using them in client presentations, commercial materials, planning submissions, construction documentation, permits, or final deliverables.
6. Intellectual property
Rendero and its licensors own the website, software, interface, branding, models, systems, and underlying technology. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any plan limits, you may use outputs generated through your account for your own creative, professional, or commercial projects.
Rendero does not guarantee that any AI output is unique, exclusive, protectable as intellectual property, free from similarity to other content, or suitable for registration as a trademark, copyright, design right, or other protected right. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
7. Acceptable use and fair use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass security or usage limits, reverse engineer the platform, upload unlawful or infringing material, interfere with service operation, or use Rendero.ai to create harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
You also agree not to share or resell accounts, scrape the service, use bots or automated access without written permission, overload the service, circumvent credits or rate limits, or use the service in a way that harms Rendero, other users, or third parties.
8. Intellectual property complaints
If you believe that content on or generated through Rendero infringes your rights, please contact us at info@rendero.ai with a clear description of the content, the rights you believe are affected, your contact information, and any supporting details.

We aim to keep Rendero.ai reliable and useful, but the service may be updated, interrupted, limited, or changed from time to time. Features may be added, modified, or removed as the product evolves.
10. Third-party services
Rendero.ai may link to or integrate with third-party services, including analytics, payment, cloud, documentation, or communication providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose. AI-generated results should be reviewed before use in final deliverables, permits, construction documentation, or client commitments.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rendero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated, if required by law, or if continued access could create risk for Rendero, users, or third parties.
