Planning a custom AI workflow for your products

Start with one product, one project image and one repeated task. We can use those inputs to assess whether a custom AI prototype would help your team.

The interactive image above is an illustrative interface concept. Its product names and codes demonstrate a possible catalogue layout; they are not verified supplier records. The wall controls switch between prepared images. They do not run a product-placement request or demonstrate a connected customer database.

Define the task before the interface

A furniture supplier might want to preview one catalogue chair in a customer's room. An architect might want to compare approved wall finishes in a fixed view. Those tasks need different inputs and different checks.

For a catalogue prototype, start with the product's reference images, identifier, dimensions and finish options. Add one room image and specify where the product should appear. Confirm who owns the images and who will approve the generated preview before connecting a larger catalogue.

The result needs to be compared with the product reference. Check the outline, proportions, finish and placement. A convincing image can still change a leg, joint or fabric detail. Ask the supplier to approve the representation before using it in product-specific sales or specification material.

Decide what counts as a useful result

  • Product identity: the reviewer can recognize the intended item and its defining details.
  • Room context: the preview keeps the required openings, circulation and neighboring furniture readable.
  • Traceability: the saved result retains its source image, product identifier, requested change and review decision.
  • Practical use: the team knows whether the image is an internal study, a customer preview or an approved representation.

Measure effort and credit use during the prototype if savings matter to the decision. Include failed attempts and the time spent reviewing or correcting them. This page does not document customer savings or a completed supplier integration.

Choose the smallest useful scope

Sometimes an existing Rendero workflow is already enough. A custom interface becomes worth exploring when the task requires approved catalogue options, company-specific rules or a connection to data the team already maintains.

You do not need to arrive with a technical specification. Bring the repeated task, representative inputs, the people who will use the tool and the person who can approve a result.
